So I was doing laundry today (yes I do laundry)
and I was thinking (yes I even do that) ;-)
Everything that happens in our lives has happened before to someone some where, right? (I mean seriously there are love, sad, happy songs dated WAY before our time)
I mean when things happen be it bad or good for example:
-someone we love dies
-our babydoll cheats on us or breaks our heart
-you fall in love
I mean EVERYTHING!!!
And when it happens to us it feels like we are the ONLY one who has felt those feelings and that no one can possible understand, ya know what I'm saying?
The reason I was thinking this is because I was recently giving advise to a close friend who was cheated on and is hurting really bad...I felt his pain, I really did and I told him that "MAN, I have so been there...I have been hurt BADLY BUT I got over something I thought I would never get over, the world keeps moving with or with out you...you have to roll with the punches or you'll keep getting ROLLED, ya know!" And if your in this situation I promise you, I SWEAR you'll get over it....TIME IS ALL YOU NEED....Just a random thought an I thought I would post.....

Mi llamo Bill!
Hello! I am so sore...so sore I walked way too much last night downtown...me & my boys went bar hopping before we hit up OPM. And I danced the night away for real! We had a ton of fun though
UNTIL...
The club was over & I have no idea why I attract drunk h***y girls but they wouldnt leave the DJ booth even after the lights were on & I'm not really the type of person to hook up with some random drunk girls WAIT well I guess I am but these girls were WAY drunk, not cool drunk if you know what I'm sayin?! WEll one of my boy was hookin with one of 'em I was being a jerk to all of them because they were buggin and my other boy was hitting up on another anyway to make a long story short...I was driving so I had to wait till the wee hours for them to finish ummmm...yeah...
ya know? I could of EASILY hooked up to pass the time but NO NO NO! It would of came with a price tag that I wasnt willing to pay so I didnt, for those and other reasons of which you'lll personally have to ask me about...for real!
And today I am BBQin' at my mom and dads house to celebrate my moms and my brothers birthday...woohoo food! Oh, I also want to say what's up to APD (Albuquerque Police Dept) you see they are recruiting new officers so to promote it me and Leah Black are going through the actual traing to become a police officer, and man I am so sore after all the self defense stuff...but I learned some sick moves...And I have a gym (punching bags etc) in my back yard to practice on -----I'm so stoked!
Well, I am just babbling.....If your going out tonight I'll see ya downtown!

hello peeps!
I am still recovering from my crazy weekend...ME Chico Suave and Kique tore it up this weekend!
SO Friday I filled in for Leah & I was able to get the night started early...Hit up happy hour with some hot girls then DRUMROLL PLEASE! OPM baby! It was on like donkey kong! ALL night we had SO much fun...too much fun probably I rocked the mic and Kique and JC rocked the turntables I couldnt believe how many SEXY people you could fit in one building REALLY...And if you ever call the morning show make sure to give Chico Suave some abuse for his gigantic hickeys OMG they looked DANGEROUSLY disgusting...I havent had a hickey . since...hmmm I don't even remember...man!
Anyway, then Saturday MUDDVOLLEY BALL!!! We had over 10,000 people there! thanks for coming out WE had so much fun & I got so dirty (so did my car) LOL...I got a mean tan...RAAAWR!
Then Saturday night I called Jennifer Lopez to see if she wanted to hang but she never answers her freakin cell! LOL So me and the boys met up with Kique's sister and her new hubby and went bar hoppin' (my poor liver) it was GOOD TIMES! Wrapped it up at OPM...didn't get home til' 5am (again) mmm hmmmm *wink wink*
Sunday I recovered lol and BBQ'ed with some of my friends and of course hung with my familia for father's day I LOVE MY FAMILY they are my motivation!
That's my weekend in a nutshell....yup!

Scooby doo ya!
Hey pimp!
So I am freakin' stuffed! Have you ate at ZEA's on Montgomery? Geez, that place is the bomb baby! My and my boy J-FLO tore it up and took names I highly recommend it...
Today has gone by FAST I worked my biceps and shoulders at the gym and did CARDIO WHAT WHAT!!!
I'm going to a new gym now so I can work out with World Famous AKA: DJ Kique cause his metro a** works out there...I used to work out at Defined Fitness great place been there for years but I thought I'd "flip mode sqaud" it <-----Yeah I a dork if u don;t get it then just smile and nod----> So I'm going to Sports and wellness now I really like it there seems like a real family place so now I don't get distracted by the hot single girls that used to work out at DF which is all good!!!
So I decided to update my ENTIRE website this weekend if you have any cool ideas for me to put on it let me know your advise is always appreciated, maybe a 'shout out' section? hmmmmm
Plus I have tons of pictures to put up it takes awhile but I'm gonna do it so send me yours if you get a second so I can put 'em up carlos@kobfm.com is my email!

lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know
what to do for that person. When someone is in your life
for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have

Hey---hey---hey!
It is getting' warmer and I love it! I feel more motivated than ever to do things I have been putting off, this weekend was definitely the best weekend I have had in a long time...No, not cause I partied (wow, that's a shocker) just because I had a revelation. A revelation that we are meant to live for so much more than we give ourselves credit for, you create the life you live by the things you do and more importantly in my scenario the things you don't do...What happened your asking (drumroll please) well that's not really important, haha. What is important is that I was really inspired to be that better person, that happier person to people I care about and even those I don't know...And I'm glad that you can be a part of that!
K enough inspiration mumbo jumbo!
MUDVOLLEYball is coming woohoo! I had a blast last year and this year me, DJ Kique & Chico Suave will be out there PIMPIN' um err I mean hangin haha! I better see yah there!
