Random thoughts

OK OK OK...The little dude is hanging on til the very last day hehe..

So, this was my weekend.
Friday: Well, my girly had signs of going into labor...her MAIN doctor said she was dilated 4 centimeters which is great bacause that would mean she is at least a quarter of where she needs to be...but when we went to the trioge (sp?) they said she was only 2centimetersbut she's getting there, her contractions haven't got that strong either but she's getting them. Man, I can't explain how anxious I am to meet him, Zariah is a different story, poor thing she is so uncomfortable and heartburn is REALLY bad so anxious is really an understatement for her, and she is SO excited to meet him too!
It is truley exciting!

I know this is kinda off subject, BUT it's been on my mind...

I don't understand how people can abandon their kids, not saying I am this perfect person but I feel SOOOO much love for this new person in my life and I haven't even met him yet. I just don't understand. I am so excited to be a Father/Mentor/Friend/Role Model etc etc for him. I realize being a Father has it's challenges but man, how could somebody be so selfish and leave their kids/kid? Doesn't make any sense to me what so ever. I also understand everybody is in a different situation but really.. ya know?

I ton of things have been on my mind these last couple of months...I want to be the best man I could possibly be for my little man and my family, I have so much abition already but man these past couple of months it has multiplyed ten fold...I want to BE THE BEST! Like my parents were/are for me...They have instilled great things in me, have given me the best life anyone could ever ask for, been there when I was at the lowest in my life to pick me up and been there cheering me on my whole life, and they are stil there for me in every way possible, I can'y even type all the great and wonderful things these people have done for me. I want to love them and be there for my kid like they were there for me...whew! So ya that is what has been on my mind.


So I am off Tuesday-Thursday, hopefully the little man will be here I will def keep you updated.

The baby is coming!!!

Any day now...tick tock tick tock...the baby is coming!!! I think we are going with the name Dominic Jacob Duran AKA: D.J Duran!! Lovin it like Micky Deez!

Friday is here!

What a fast day! It is zooming by for me...zoom zoom! Been @ work since 8 this morning though, whoa nelly! Won't get off til 1 in the am tonight after O-PM, all good baby! I love my job so much I wouldn't even call it work, ja know?!!!! I get a little break before I head out to the club so it's def nice, I am actually going to roll with Z to a post production party, she was in a movie, she did great I am sure. She got killed in the movie with a very cool part, I can't wait to see it! Well, not see her die, but see her kick some ass in the movie..lol. (even though she's the one who got her ass kicked, er ya..)

So busy at the house, getting the spare bedroom ready for my lil dude, after seeing all his stuff in it, it was really cool and heart warming to say the least, hard to believe that I made a little me..I can;t wait to meet him!

This weekend we are planning to hang with Z's two bothers (Greg and Pat) and her sis (Theresa) to celebrate Pat's B-day, probably hitting up PAPADEAX's mmm yummy! That's about it yo! I'll try to check in over the weekend, DAT MY WORD!!

X-mas tree ol' x-mas tree!

It's coming....FAST! X-MAS, New Years, & the lil fetus!!! LOL

Just got a new Christmas Tree, we set it up in the house it looks DOPE! It's white and purty, I think y'all ladies are masters of picking out pretty little things for the house, GREAT JOB Z! Now all we need is some presents under it..I already put up the Christmas lights but, I want more! It must be a guy thing I swear...My house is going to look like Tim Allens house by the time I am done hehe. Other than that things have been great! I have been filming on our new camcorder like crazy I think I have already filled up 3 disks full of video, once I learn how to put it up on my youtube account it'll be really cool!

Oh! Oh! And I have been working out everyday since Thanksgiving, are you proud? Well except for today, I think it was time for a break, ja' know!?

Stuffed!

What a Thanksgiving!!! I ate SO much and a TOLD myself I wouldn't BUT I did...It was awesome though, I had a big 4 day weekend which is always refreshing, but I missed being on the radio a little bit.

Me, Z, and my lil embryo with no name hung out with my familia on Thursday, we ate Thanksgiving dinner at my Tia Clara and Uncle Rags house (that's what we call him, old nickname I think) my lil nephew Felipe was there, man he is getting so frikkin big. Lil Felipe is really excited to meet his new cousin with no name, lol. It is so hard coming up with a name, here's our top 5:

1. Mario
2. AJ (still not sure what it would stand for
3. Isiah
4. Dominic
5. Elijah

Well, thats my top 5...Z wants to name the kid Lyric, lol, still thinkin about it though...

Anyway, the rest of Thanksgiving day we hung out with Z's Familia in Rio Rancho, they are very cool peeps, I always enjoy spending time with them, we played foos=ball AWWW ya! BTW: I didn't win one friggin game! UGH!

Saturday we rolled up to Cuba, NM to visit her Dads family and have MORE food, it was awesome, we hung at her Grandma's house in the mountains, pretty pimp I must say! Then to her Moms house MORE FOOOOOD!!! I was stuffed to say the least...Had a great time with all the Fam though.


Worked out Sunday, can you believe that? And today! Man, you should be proud!!!!!!

Well, I am on the air, gots to get back to work...holla at ya l8ter!
